Name
The Arrowhead Regimental Association, Incorporated — also known as 'The Regiment.'
Our Charter
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit chartered in the State of Oregon to honor the soldiers and preserve the heritage of the 1-82 Cavalry Squadron — the Arrowhead Regiment.
The Association will work to enhance the Regiment's ability to recognize past and present soldiers of 1-82 Cavalry and contribute to events that encourage the community of the Regiment. The Association will also ensure the lessons of history and proud traditions of the Arrowhead Regiment are not forgotten.

Article II
Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under §501(c)(3). We enhance the Regiment's ability to recognize past and present soldiers of 1-82 Cavalry, contribute to events that build the community of the Regiment, and ensure the lessons of history and proud traditions of the Arrowhead Regiment are not forgotten.
Article III
Voting membership is open to current soldiers of 1-82 Cavalry in good standing, their spouses, and honorably discharged soldiers who served in 1-82 CAV. Associate memberships are available to partners, and Friends of the Regiment memberships are open to anyone who supports our goals.
Article IV
The Board is composed of three to seven members elected annually. A non-voting Advisory Panel of currently serving soldiers communicates the needs of the Squadron, members, and families to the Board.
Article VI
We hold an annual membership meeting and at least two Board meetings each year. Standing committees include Bylaws, Hall of Honor, Events, Technology & Newsletter, and Finance.
Article XII
Membership does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, or country of origin.
